- The price for the financial model varies with the level of planning already completed and the complexity of the model. Most financial models take from 6 to 10 hours, but some take considerably longer. When completed in the context of the Business Growth Sequencing® process, six hours are dedicated to the creation of the Initial Financial Model.
- The number of days required to complete a Strategic Plan varies depending on the number of people attending the planning sessions, the complexity of the business model, and the maturity of the business. Most can be done in 2-4 days, including one-on-one interviews.
